50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay & 25% Pinot Noir harvested in 2019 from a parcel of vines planted on a marl-limestone hillside. The grapes are pressed in a traditional Coquard press. 40% is vinified in stainless steel, 30% in barrels & 30% in concrete tanks. 24 months on lees. No dosage & no added SO2.
