6 Months Maceration 2021

Manual harvest of 35-year-old vines at the end of September from the family of Amos Bañeres. Grapes are destemmed, 60% pressed, 40 % only crushed, in stainless steel tanks, six months maceration. Aged for six months on fine lees. Unfined, unfiltered & no added sulphur.
