12% ROUGE LITRE 2023

Merlot, Syrah & Carignan (80%) with the remaining portion from a parcel of 40 different varieties including many hybrid varieties. Harvested by hand, vinified, and aged in steel for ten months with no chemical additives. Bottled in recycled bottles and labelled with recycled paper.
