De Grès ou de Force 2019

Grapes are harvested from October 14th to 18th, later than usual. The yield was reduced to 25 hL/ha due to the onslaught of Mildew, meaning close to 40% loss. Fermentation in 2021 was just as difficult as the year before. Harvested from 45-year-old vines at 350m on sandstone soil. Direct pressing. Eleven months on the lees in used barrels.
