Panduro 2021

This wine comes from a very old vineyard in Jumilla in southeastern Spain (Murcia). 50/60 year old Monastrell (Mourdevre) planted in Goblet. A charming limestone terroir located in a natural reserve.

The grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented in 1000kg tanks with some full bunches. After the fermentation, the wine is aged in 500l used oak French barrels for six months.
