Turi Rosso 2022

From 25 yr old, south facing vines planted on calcareous clay as free standing bushes. De-stemmed & crushed grapes ferment and macerate for 6 days in stainless steel. Decanted to remove gross lees, left to rest in concrete before bottling in the spring following harvest.
